Man decorates basement with $10 worth of markers
Every parent has at one time or another experienced their children’s art talent spill over onto the walls and or furniture. Charlie Kratzer lived out his fantasies and more when he decorated his basement.
With just $10 worth of Sharpies he created a masterpiece. Not bad for a 53 year old lawyer.
